Helping a train company create the next step in train travel involved a collaboration with the client team, consumers and experts including IT and airline specialists.

Our insight was that many people are keen to make 'dead time' on the train more productive and new technology could help them to do so.

The project was fast - it took 6 weeks from start to finish - yet included a thorough piece of quantitative research and modelling to determine likely revenue from New Product ideas.


The results enabled the train company to retain its franchise by show-casing its visionary approach to innovation.
